In this portion of our instruction package we will work to improve your golf game without a club or a ball. Strength and resistance training, along with stretching will be the primary focus. We will start the course by taking a look at posture to identify which muscles need to be strengthened or stretched more frequently to allow for a proper setup position. This section includes;
